Italy, Venice, Candia (Crete), Soldino or 4 tornesi, Lion of St Marc facing, holding Gospel, flanked by star, T4 below / SOLDINO, star above, two stars below, 1.92g. Paolucci 879. Double struck, Fine with active deposits. Ex Dimitris Loulakakis’ collection. It appears that the person minting this coin may have been having fun as we can see traces of both the obverse and reverse dies on each side of the coin.
