Italy, Venice, Candia (Crete), Countermarked 2 1/2 soldini or Tornesi. Lion of St. Mark facing, wings spread, rosette on either side, T10 below, GM countermark / SOLDINI 2 1/2 within decorated border. 5.70g. Paolucci - (for other countermarks see no. 886-90). Very Fine and very rare. Ex Nomisma 49, May 2014, lot 1302, ex Dimitris Loulakakis collection.
