Norway, Harald Hardrada (1045–66). Silver penny / denar, Trondheim, 0.70 gms; 17 mm. Triquetra. [ ]EN[ ]NLDINP Peck marks / Short voided cross with three pellets in second and third quarters. NDL[ ] ON [ ] Peck marks. Schive pl. 2, no. 24; Ahlstrom, Brekke, Hemmigsson, p. 5, no. 3. Although represented in museum collections this coin is hardly ever offered for sale. Creased good Fine and Very rare.
