Description
Mysia, Pergamon. Ca. 133-27 B.C. Æ (17 mm, 4.48 g, 12 h). Head of Athena right, wearing Corinthian helmet; c/m: horse galloping right within circular incuse; all within laurel wreath / AΘHNAΣ APEIAΣ, owl standing slightly right, head facing. Cf. SNG BN 1898-9 (no wreath); SNG Copenhagen -; BMC -. Brown patina. Nice very fine.
