Lucania, Metapontion. ca. 330-290 B.C. AR nomos (19 mm, 7.48 g, 12 h). Head of Demeter left, wreathed with grain; ΔEX (retrograde) below chin / META (retrograde), Grain ear; to left, altar above leaf; to right, YΛ. Johnston Class C, 10.4; SNG ANS 503; HN Italy 1593. Toned, minor porosity. Good very fine.
