Description
Judaea, Herodian Kingdom. Agrippa II, with Titus. 56-95 C.E. Æ (27 mm, 13.63 g, 12 h). Caesarea Paneas, regnal year 26 of Agrippa II (74/5 C.E.). [AYTOKP TITO]-C KAICAP CEBAC, laureate head of Titus right / BA / AΓP-IΠΠΑ, Nike walking right, holding wreath and palm; across field, date (ET - KS); to right, star. RPC II 2277; Hendin 1284; Meshorer 160a. Green and brown patina with some spots of red. Unusual style dies (perhaps an imitative issue?). Nearly very fine.
