IMP ANTO[NINVS] PIVS AVG, laureate and draped bust of Elagabalus right, horn over forehead / P M TR P IIII COS III P P, Elagabalus standing facing, head left, sacrificing out of patera over altar and holding branch (cypress?); in left field, star. RIC 177; BMC 339; RSC 196. Lustrous and extremely fine.
