D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, rosette-diademed, helmeted, draped and cuirassed bust of Theodosius I right, holding spear and shield / GLORIA RO-MANORVM, emperor standing left, head right, on galley sailing left, extending arm; at helm, Victory steering with rudder; (wreath)-+//ANTB. RIC 40e.3; LRBC 2722. Brown patina with some blue-green. A couple of shallow rough areas on obverse. Nearly extremely fine.
