Description

Lesbos, Pyrrha. 4th century B.C. Æ (10 mm, 1.42 g, 9 h). Head of the nymph Pyrrha left, hair bound in sphendone / ΠYP, goat standing left; grape bunch (?) to left. Cf. SNG Copenhagen 428 (no grapes); cf. SNG von Aulock 1761 (same). Quite nice for this issue. Dark green patina. Nice very fine.
