AVT K M AVPH CEVH ANTΩNEINOC, laureate head of Caracalla right / OVΛΠIA-C CEPΔIKHC, emperor on horseback galloping right, thrusting with javelin at enemy wearing Phrygian cap crouching to right below. Ruzicka 346; cf. Varbanov 2299 (obv. legend). Green patina, minor roughness, short edge split. Nearly very fine.
