Description
A choice Colima rattle figure from West Mexico, c. 300 BC – 300 AD. This rare example is 4-1/8” high and depicts a rotund individual wearing a typical headdress, armbands and ear ornaments. The hollow body contains rattles. In excellent condition, with strong mineral deposits. Ex Arnold collection. Value range: $325 - $450
