Description

A lot of 4 faience objects, Late Period, c. 664 – 30 BC. Lot includes a yellow and blue Ptolemaic amulet of Bes, a blue faience seated baboon, a blue-green faience ushabti, and a pale blue rectangular plaque with the name of amen. The baboon with minor chipping and all but the ushabti with holes for suspension. Largest measures 66mm in length. Ex Thomas Collingwood collection, Philadelphia, acquired before 1970. Value range $300 - $400.
