MACEDON. Thessalonica. Augustus, with Divus Julius Caesar. 27 BC - 14 AD. Æ 20mm (3.65 g). Struck circa 14 AD. Bare head of Divus Julius right / Bare head of Augustus right. RPC I 5421 (Uncertain mint); Touratsoglou -; BMC 61. VF, green patina, old scratches under patina.

Although Touratsoglou rejected the attribution of this issue to Thessalonica, recently identified die links confirm that these were indeed struck in Thessalonica.
