SELEUKID KINGS. Antiochos III ‘the Great’. 222-187 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.04 gm; 28 mm). Antioch mint. Struck circa 204-197 BC. Diademed head right / Apollo Delphios seated left on omphalos, testing arrow and resting hand on bow; bow in quiver to outer left, AP monogram in exergue. SC 1044.5 var. (monogram); HGC 9, 447u. Speck of black deposit on the forehead. Lovely strike on a nice flan. Choice EF. Lightly toned.
