KINGS OF MACEDON. Alexander III. 336-323 BC. Silver Drachm (4.32 gm; 16 mm). Miletos mint. Lifetime issue, struck circa 325-323 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; monogram in left field. Cf. Price 2090A; ADM I 80. Superb style. Perfectly struck on a nice broad flan. Excellent metal. Choice FDC. Lustrous.
