Sicily, Syracuse. Agathokles. 317-289 BC. AE litra (6.88 gm; 20 mm). Ca. 306/4-289 BC. Head of Artemis Soteira right, quiver at shoulder / Winged thunderbolt. CNS 142; BAR issue 33; SNG ANS 708. Sharply struck on a nice broad flan. Dark brown patina. Choice FDC. Wonderful example for the type.
