KINGS OF PERSIS; Baydad (Bagadat). Early 3rd century BC. AR Drachm (3.86 gm; 18 mm). Head right, with short beard, moustache, and earring, wearing kyrbasia with flaps tied behind / Fire temple of Ahura-Mazda; to inner left, Baydad standing right; standard to outer right; to inner right, remainder of legend unclear. K&M -; Alram 516; Sunrise 561. Light even porosity on obverse. Very nice sharp reverse. Choice Good VF / aEF. Toned. Rare.
