Description
A large Maya bowl from the Tiquisate area of Guatemala, c. 400 – 800 AD. This fine example is 7-1/2” in diameter, 6” high and is decorated with a band of linear designs. The cream and orange slip is heavily encrusted with mineral deposits and has root marks. Museum deaccession. Value range: $350 - $400
