An excellent Colima redware figure from West Mexico, c. 300 BC – 300 AD. This seated male is 6” high and is portrayed with hands resting on the knees. He is adorned with a headdress, ear spools and armbands. In excellent condition, with good mineral deposits on the highly burnished slip. Museum deaccession. Value range: $400 - $600
