CONSTANTINE I. 307-337 AD. Billon Argenteus (18mm - 2.63 g). Trier mint. Struck 310-313 AD. IMP CONSTANTI-NVS AVG, helmeted, draped and cuirassed bust left, holding spear over right shoulder / VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP, two Victories holding shield inscribed VOT/PR in two lines over altar; PTR. Cf. RIC VII 208A; RSC 643. VF, decent silver quality, light porosity as usual with some deposits around the devices.

This is the first issue of this reverse type and should be placed in RIC VI after 826.
