Ptolemaic Kingdom. Ptolemy I Soter. As Satrap, 323-305 B.C. AR tetradrachm (24 mm, 12 h). Arados, in the name of Alexander III of Macedon, ca. 320/19-315 B.C. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress; on chin, banker's mark / ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ, Zeus seated left, holding eagle and scepter; in left field, AP monogram. Price 3426 (Byblos). Slight surface porosity. NGC XF, graffito.
