Parthian Kingdom. Phraates IV. 38/7-2 B.C. AR tetradrachm (31 mm, 13.43 g, 12 h). Seleukeia on the Tigris, Gorpiaiou. Diademed and draped bust of Phraates IV left / King seated right, facing Athena standing left before him, presenting diadem and holding spear; in exergue, date (clear) and year (off flan).. Sellwood 52.6; cf. Shore 272-4. Toned, a few light scratches, minor porosity. Good fine.
