Kingdom of Persis. Autophradates (Vadfradad) II. Early-mid 2nd century B.C. AR drachm (18 mm, 4.26 g, 12 h). Head of Autophradates II right with very short beard, wearing diadem and kyrbasia adorned with eagle / Fire temple, Ahura-Mazda above; to left, Vadfradad standing right; to right, standard surmounted by eagle. Alram 547; K&M 3/2; Sunrise 576. Struck on a nice broad flan, excellent centering, all details present and well struck. Practically unimprovable. Choice extremely fine.
