England. 1687. Vellum indenture concerning the rental of a cottage in the town of Wiston. Measures 17 1/2 inches by 7 1/2 inches, intact with no condition issues and readable. Signatures of the participants and witness on the reverse side. The wax seal cut out of the document, presumably invalidating the document at its conclusion.
