Reverse: Eagle with wings spread standing left

Notes: VF. Elymais or Elam was a small kingdom at the foot of the Zagros mountains with Susa as its capitol in modern day Iran. The city of Susa was the setting of the Biblical story of Queen Esther in the days of the Persian Empire.
