Pisidia, Parlais. Commodus. A.D. 177-192. Æ (23 mm, 5.25 g, 6 h). A.D. 177-180. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Commodus right / Mên standing facing, head right, foot resting on bucranium, holding inverted spear and pine cone. SNG BN 1674 corr. (wrong rev. illus.); Von Aulock 12; RPC temp. 7698.7 (this coin). Very rare - only 7 specimens known. Dark green patina. Handsome portrait. Very fine.
