SASANIAN KINGS. Bahram (Vrahran) V. AD. 420-438. Æ (1.82 gm; 15 mm). Bust of Bahram turning right, reverse, fire altar with attendants, letter “H” followed by “R” behind the left attendants and letter “Y” between the left attendants and fire altar base identifying the mint mark of “HRY” Herat. Nicely struck on a broad flan. Original brown-reddish and green patina. Choice VF / Good VF. Extremely rare.
