SASANIAN KINGS. Peroz. AD. 457-484. 2nd crown. Silver Drachm (4.16 gm; 28 mm). Bust right, wearing crown with two wings, frontal crescent, and korymbos set on crescent, ribbon over each shoulder / Fire altar with ribbons; flanked by two attendants; star and crescent flanking flames. SNS type IIIb/1c (pl. 85-6, 99-106); Gobl type III/1; Mochiri 250; Paruck -; Saeedi -; Sunrise 941. Standard issue, mint mark “AT” for “Aturpadegan” or Azerbaijan on the right and letter “M” for Malka on the left. Choice VF / EF. Comes with old Steve Album's Tag.
