Ptolemaic Kingdom. Ptolemy II Philadelphos. 285-246 B.C. Æ (20 mm, 4.79 g, 12 h). Alexandria, ca. 261/0-246 B.C. Head of the deified Alexander right, wearing elephant's skin headdress / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ, eagle with open wings standing left on thunderbolt. Svoronos 416; SNG Copenhagen 159-60. Brown patina. Nice very fine.
