Attica, Athens. Ca. 454-404 B.C. AR tetradrachm (23 mm, 17.20 g, 8 h). Helmeted head of Athena right, with frontal eye / ΑΘΕ, owl standing right, head facing; above and behind, olive sprig and crescent; all within incuse square. Kroll 8; SNG Copenhagen 31. NGC Ch XF, strike: 4/5, surface: 4/5, edge cut.
The edge cut noted on the NGC insert is at 10 o'clock, extremely thin and shallow (about 1/4-1/5 mm depth).
