Cilicia, Irenopolis. Trajan. A.D. 98-117. Æ (23 mm, 6.88 g, 12 h). A.D. 98/9. Laureate head of Trajan right; c/m: drsped femsle bust right within square incuse, and uncertain / Hygieia standing right, holding branch, bunch of grapes and patera from which she feeds serpent. RPC 3386.21 (this coin); SNG France 2253 (same obv. die); SNG Levante 1605 (same obv. die); Howgego 105 (countermark). Green patina. Very fine.
