Hadrian. A.D. 117-138. Æ as (25 mm, 13.02 g, 6 h). Rome, ca. A.D. 124-128. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, COS III in exergue, SALVS AVGVSTI around, S C across field, Salus standing facing, head left, feeding from patera serpent arising from altar to left, and holding scepter. RIC 678. Brown patina, porosity. Very fine.
