IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip I right / SALVS AVG, Salus standing facing, head left, feeding from patera serpent arising from altar and holding rudder. RIC 47; RSC 205. Strong luster in the recesses. A fantastic and finely detailed portrait of Philip. Superb extremely fine.
