SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Antiochos IX Philopator. 114/3-95 BC. AR Tetradrachm (27mm - 16.45 g). Uncertain mint in Northern Phoenicia. Struck 11/0-109 BC. Diademed head right / Athena standing left, holding Nike in right hand, resting left hand on shield set on ground, spear held in left arm; HP monogram before; all within laurel-wreath. SC 2389a; LSM 48. Near EF, lightly toned, lustrous, nice metal.
