CARINUS, as Caesar. 282-283 AD. Billon Antoninianus (22mm - 3.58 g). Rome mint. M AVR CARINVS CAES, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right / PIETAS AVGG, Sprinkler, simpulum, jug, patera, knife, and lituus; KAZ. RIC V 155. Good VF, some light deposits. Unusually fine silvered flan that doesn't appear to be plated but made of a higher silver content flan than normal.
