SASANIAN KINGS, Shahpur II, AD 309-379. Æ unit (2.14 gm; 14 mm). No mint. Bust of Shapur II right, wearing mural crown with korymbos, monogram before, traces of some Latin letters left from a Roman under-type / Fire altar with ribbon and bust right in flames, flanked by two attendants, each wearing mural crown with korymbos. Nice original reddish and earthen patina. Choice VF.
