Diocletian. A.D. 284-305. Æ antoninianus (22 mm, 4.13 g, 1 h). Lugdunum, ca. A.D. 290/1. IMP DIOCLETIANVS AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust of Diocletian right / IOVI AVGG, Jupiter standing facing, head left, holding Victory on globe and scepter; eagle at feet to left. RIC 28. Dark brown patina, some silvering. Extremely fine.
