Lot 480: ANTIQUITIES. A lot of 14 Neolithic Stone and Obsidian Points and Blades

A nice group of 14 stone and obsidian points and scrapers, North Africa, c. 8,000 - 5,000 BC, the long narrows blades or scrapers with sharp cutting edges, three in obsidian, 2 in chalcedony and the last in jasper, longest 3 5/8” (9.3 cm). The 9 points are all of a dark black stone and are all in near perfect condition. Largest 18mm. Ex Los Angeles private collection. Value Range $250 - $350.
