ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM, laureate head of Caracalla right / P M TR P XVIIII COS IIII PP, Serapis, wearing polos, standing facing, head left, raising hand and holding scepter. RIC 280c; BMC 168; RSC 348. A high relief portrait of Caracalla and lustrous. Choice extremely fine.
