France, Royal. Charles VI. 1380-1422. AR gros dit florette (26 mm, 3.09 g, 12 h). Châlons-sur-Marne, 2nd emission, 10 May 1417, under authority of the Duke of Burgundy. Crowned triple lis; star beneath 4th letter / Cross fleurée; crown in first and fourth quarters. Duplessy 405; Ciani -. Typical crude strike, some mint luster still evident. Toned, deposit on obverse. Nice very fine.
