Octavian. 36 BC. AR Quinarius (13mm - 1.43 g). Italian mint. Galley sailing right / Victory standing left, holding wreath, palm branch and rudder. CRI 315a; Sydenham 1339; RSC 94. Fair, toned, porous. Very rare.

A VF example of this variety just sold for 3200 SFr (lot 1205) in the most recent UBS Auction (78).
