ARAB-SASANIAN, ABBASID GOVERNORS OF TABARISTAN: JARIR, AR 1/2 DRACHM, (1.96gm, 24mm) PYE 136, Obverse: Sasanian style Bust, Jarir in Kufic scripts before the bust, pahlavi scripts in second and third quadrants. Reverse: Sasanian style fire Alter with two attendants and date 136 in Pahlavi scripts.
