KINGS of PERSIS. Autophradates (Vadfradad) I. Early 2nd century BC. AR Tetradrachm (32mm - 16.33 g). Head right, with mustache and earring, wearing diadem and kyrbasia / Fire temple; Ahura-Mazda above; Autophradates standing right on left, standard right. Alram 535. Good VF, surfaces a little rough, signs of triple striking on the obverse.

Overstruck on an Alexander tetradrachm with traces of Herakles profile and lion's skin headdress visible on the obverse.
