Octavian. 30-29 B.C. AR denarius (19 mm, 3.69 g, 7 h). Uncertain Italian mint, possibly Rome. Laureate head of Apollo Actius right / IMP · CAESAR, Octavian as city founder plowing right with yoke of oxen, holding whip. RIC 272; HCRI 424; BMC 638-40; RSC 117. Toned, banker's mark on cheek. Nearly very fine.
