Description
Pacatian. Usurper, ca. A.D. 248. AR antoninianus (21 mm, 3.93 g, 8 h). Viminacium. IMP TI CL MAR PACATIANVS AVG, radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Pacatianus right, seen from behind / CONCORDIA MILITVM, Concordia seated left, holding patera in right hand, double cornucopiae in left. RIC 1a; RSC 2; NAC 46, 651 (same dies). Very rare. Surfaces are porous as usual and the coin has been recently cleaned. Nearly very fine.
