Constantine I. A.D. 307/10-337. Æ 1/2 follis (17 mm, 2.15 g, 6 h). Rome, A.D. 312/3. FL VAL CONSTANTINVS AVG, laureate and cuirassed bust of Constantine I right / PACI P-ERPET, Pax standing left, holding branch and standard; XII//RQ. RIC 356. Scarce. Green patina, porosity. Very fine.
Struck shortly after Constantine defeated Maxentius and 'liberated' Rome.
