India, Indo-Greeks. Zoilos II. ruled Ca. 55-35 B.C. Æ hemi-obol (15 mm, 3.18 g). Elephant advancing right; two monograms above; Kharoshthi legend Maharajasa tratarasa Jhoilasa around / Apollo standing right, holding an arrow; monogram to left; all within beaded border. HGC 12, 472. Zoilos II was the immediate successor of Hippostratos in the eastern Punjab. Very rare.
