Italy, Kingdom of Naples. Carlos II d'Angio. 1285-1309. AR saluto d'argento (25 mm, 3.28 g, 12 h). Struck 1285/90-1302. Ducal arms of Jerusalem and Anjou / The annunciation: the Archangel Gabriel standing right, pointing toward the Virgin Mary standing left; between, lilies in vase. CNI XIX 8; MEC 14, 683-5; Biaggi 1629. Light die-rust on reverse. Attractive light toning and struck on a nice flan. Good very fine.
