ISLAMIC EARLY KUFIC, Ca. 8th-10th Century AD. Seal Ring (1.72 gm; 19 mm x 14mm). Kufic/Arabic, name:”Saara bin(t)? Ali-Mohamad bin Issah” Possibly a seal belonging to a female given the name “Saara” in Arabic which is the same as Hebrew "Sarah". The letter “T” for “Bint” meaning ‘Daughter” in Arabic is shown as a line at the bottom of the letter “A” at the end of the name Saara. Excellent condition.
