M AVREL ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / SECVRITATI PERPETVAE, SC in exergue, Securitas seated right, propping head with hand, resting elbow on back of chair, holding scepter; garlanded altar before. RIC IV 512a; BMCRE 248 var. (bust type); Cohen 576. Near VF, brown surfaces, some minor porosity, small flan crack.
